Can i come and purchase physically from your store or order online and select “pick up from the store?
We are an online store we are not a physical store. You order online and we deliver for you.
Will my shopping cart save if I leave www.namhlastationery.co.za and return later?
Products added to your shopping cart will remain in the cart. If you leave the site and come back later, the cart will appear as you left it.
Which payment methods can I use?
You can do an EFT payment or a Cash Deposit.
Order online and pay Online through PAYFAST SA’s most Trusted Online Payment Gateway.
COD (Cash on Delivery) can only be done where we deliver by using our own delivery vehicles. (We may refuse COD payment if we feel uncomfortable for some reason or if any suspicion occur)
Where do you deliver?
We Deliver in LOCAL areas (Johannesburg area only) with our own Delivery Vehicles.
For other parts of South Africa, we make use of CourierGuy.
When can I expect Delivery
Once your order has been successfully processed, it should take 1 to 2 working days to be shipped.
Should a product be out of stock at the supplier, we will inform you – then you can decide to either wait or to be credited/refunded.
Why is there no banking details on online confirmation?
When we receive your online order, we check stock availability and delivery options before we can process your order.
We will then send you a formal Tax Invoice with our banking details.
Do you do a bulk discount?
Yes, where possible, we do bulk discounts on most items. For a quotation on these, please email your request to email@example.com
Do you only supply the products listed on your website?
No, we can source most other stationery related products from our suppliers which usually takes about 1 to 3 working days.
I forgot my login password, what should I do?
On the account login page, there is a link “Forgotten Password” which you can click and a new password will be generated for you.
Can I check my previous orders?
Yes, you can view and access any of your previous orders placed when logged into your account under “View Your Order History”.
How do I get my VAT number on my invoice when placing an online order?
Upon registering a New account there is a field “VAT No” where you can supply us with your VAT number.
Alternatively at the checkout under “Step 5: Payment Method,” there is an “Add Comments About Your Order” tab where you can supply us with your VAT number.
Do you keep stock of everything that is listed on your website?
No, we don’t keep stock of all items.
