Delivery

  • We deliver most goods though our courier company THE COURIER GUY. All items should be signed for, we will not leave any items without a signature.

  • Our courier will attempt to deliver on 3 consecutive days. If you have received a  notification that we have tried to deliver, please contact our customer service.

  • When you are not much at home, it is possible to choose an alternative delivery date or delivery address while ordering. This could be a work address or a home address.

  • When you pay online goods are normally  dispatched after 3 days when funds have cleared in our bank account.
  • Goods are delivered Monday to Friday between 08:00 to 17:00.
  • Please kindly make sure that you supply us with the correct and active phone numbers as the delivery person always calls to confirm delivery time.
